5th Bag Slot - Guild Wars Forums

Good Morning all, After being away from GW a bit I've noticed there is now a 5th bag slot. For small bag that is. I'm assuming that since I cannot equip a small bag there that this is something that has to be purchased thru the online store. Help point me in the right direction please.

This is the equipment pack. Small version purchasable at any trader, larger version obtainable from gold and silver zaishen coins collectors in great temple of balthazar.

What you can get (until end of May) from the on-line (not in-game) store is an extra storage pane. Read here: http://www.guildwars.com/products/ex...orage_pane.php

extra note: Not everything is micropayment now

Nope. You don't have to buy anything through the online store. The New Bag Slot is for an Equipment Pack. You can get a small equipment pack with 5 slots from any merchant for 2.5K. If you want a bigger 10-slot, 15-slot, or 20-slot equipment pack, you'll need to go to the Great Temple of Balthazar and craft one from the new crafters there in exchange for a small gold fee and Zaishen Coins.

Also: Equipment Packs can only contain non-customized weapons and customized armor and weapons that are customized for the character who has the bag equipped.

The Zaishen coins that the others are talking about are the rewards of some new quests that were recently added. They change every day, and you can pick them up at the great temple of Balthazar.

By the way, since you're just returning to the game, one thing you should be aware of is that you can get one extra page of storage space for your account if you pick it up before the end of this month. Additional pages beyond that cost $10, so if you need the storage space, it's definitely something to look into.
